Basil Pesto

Fabulous on burgers!

Ingredients
2 C Basil (fresh packed)
2 garlic cloves
1/4 C pinenuts
1/4/ C olive oil
1/4 C parmesan cheese

Blend in food processor or blender until smooth, scraping down sides. Will keeps for months in refrigerator or freezer if covered with a small amount of olive oil.

Pesto Mayo: 2/3 C mayo and 2 T pesto
